We are looking for a hands-on founding engineer to join us at this crucial stage — someone who can take over our MVP build, refine it, and scale the product with us. Role Description This is a full-time, in-house role for a Founding AI/Tech Engineer at Edmitry. Take ownership of the MVP platform , ensuring stability, scalability, and timely delivery. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems (chatbot, recommendation engine, application roadmap generator). Manage integrations (payment gateway, scheduling, dashboards, analytics). Ensure smooth server operations, uptime, and bug fixes. Work closely with the product and design team to improve UI/UX and deploy new features. Eventually lead and grow a tech team in-house as the company scales. Qualifications Strong foundation in AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot development . Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Django/Flask, React (or similar stack) . Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and APIs.
