About the Role

The Founder’s Office Intern will work closely with the founder(s) and gain first-hand insight into how a science- and innovation-focused startup is built and managed. This internship is designed as a learning-oriented and mentorship-driven role, providing exposure to strategic thinking, operational planning, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow the founder(s) during strategic, operational, and planning activities

Conduct background research, literature scans, and market/industry analysis

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and internal documents

Support coordination of ongoing projects and initiatives

Help draft and organize SOPs, policies, and workflow documentation

Take meeting notes and assist with follow-ups as required

Students or recent graduates from science, engineering, management, or interdisciplinary backgrounds

Strong written communication, research, and documentation skills
