As an Ecommerce Intern based in Kolkata, your role will be centered around on-site internship responsibilities. Your tasks will include managing online sales, providing support for customer service inquiries, analyzing market trends, and contributing towards the development of effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform, maintaining accurate inventory records, and engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to manage E-commerce platforms effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
