Responsibilities

organic social and paid performance marketing

• Own Instagram/Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social handles.
• Plan what products to feature and what stories to tell across Reels and posts.
• Write strong hooks and scripts for founder-led, UGC-style, and AI-generated videos.
• Coordinate with the video editor to turn scripts into high-impact creatives.
• Run and optimise Meta/other ad campaigns with the founder, with a sharp eye on ROAS.
• Engage with comments/DMs and talk to customers to mine insights for new ideas.

  You won’t just “post on Instagram”; you’ll own the full funnel from idea → creative → ad → revenue, based on inputs from the founder.

  As we scale, this role can grow into Head of Growth / Marketing. Last 2 interns became

  founding members within 4 months.

• Life at Dharmik:

   We’re a close‑knit crew working from two adjacent flats (separate spaces for men and women) – think startup crash‑pad meets family, where you ship hard, learn fast, and have fun together. By Jan ’26 we’ll be a small, tight team of 8–9 people.

Requirements

• Some impactful experience in social media / performance marketing through full time /part time job or interns.
• Experience of leading growth of a early stage brand is a strong plus
• Proven experience running Meta ads or working closely with performance marketers.
• Strong understanding of what makes a Reel/ad work: hooks, messaging, first 3 seconds, offers.
• Comfortable writing scripts, captions, and briefs for creators and editors.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, basic analytics (Ads Manager, GA, Sheets), and AI tools for content.
• High ownership, bias to action, and willingness to iterate quickly based on data.
• Should be comfortable in taking lead to feature and narrate stories in front of camera for the brand.
