Job Description

As a Founder's Office Intern at BlueBuck Research(Studio), you will work directly with the Founders and leadership team on strategic, operational, and business initiatives. You’ll gain exposure across multiple functions — from product development and business growth to marketing, hiring, and client success — making this a unique opportunity to understand what it takes to build and scale a modern software agency.

This role requires a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, and execution of business and product initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to improving operational efficiency across departments.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and provide data-backed insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with tech, design, and marketing teams to drive high-impact internal projects.
• Assist in business development — from prospecting clients to supporting key negotiations.
• Manage and execute special strategic projects that demand rapid execution and adaptability.
• Contribute to hiring, team-building, and internal organizational initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-first approach.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in a startup, software agency, or fast-paced tech company is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Internship
Contract Length: 6 months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
Work Location: On-site (BlueBuck Research Office, Kolkata)
