Location: Bangalore | Experience: 1–2 years Preferred: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA | Zoho experience a bonus

We are hiring a Founders Office – Finance Associate to support financial operations and strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and offers exposure to org-wide performance, investor updates, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting (Zoho Books).

• Track sales and organizational performance metrics.

• Support investor relations with data, reports, and presentations.

• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and employee reimbursements.

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and assist with audits.

• Support key initiatives and provide financial insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of Zoho Books/Payroll preferred.

• Must be based in Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30.00 - ₹50.00 per month
