Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Founder's Office - Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, conducting research, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. The role involves interacting with various stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with special projects to support strategic initiatives.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills for scheduling, correspondence management, and report preparation
• Research and analytical skills to gather data, provide insights, and support decision-making
• Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in tools and platforms for documentation, presentations, and virtual collaboration
• Ability to work remotely and independently, maintaining a high level of initiative and accountability
• Discretion and integrity to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Familiarity with startups, emerging technologies, Web3, or AI is a plus
