Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery calls with prospective students to understand career goals and challenges
• Guide candidates through the application and selection process
• Match student profiles with appropriate program tracks (Online/Offline PGP)
• Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions and progress
• Support admissions events, mixers, and information sessions
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure program-candidate fit
• Follow up with applicants and manage the entire admissions funnel
• Provide insights on candidate trends and market feedback

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong passion for education and career development
• Basic understanding of SaaS business models (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Operations-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable with technology and CRM tools
• Empathetic approach to understanding student needs
