Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a position in the Founder office located in New Delhi, with some work from home permissible. The individual will work closely with the founder and will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, conducting research, and overseeing special projects. Additionally, the role involves liaising with different departments, managing communications, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• And have a good experience in outreach and cold emails
