Role Summary
This role supports both the Founder and the Operations Head by ensuring seamless day-to-day task coordination, status tracking, client follow-ups, and project hygiene. The role acts as the “glue” between strategy, team execution, and delivery visibility — freeing leadership from micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project & Task Coordination
- Track progress of all active client projects via ClickUp
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely execution
- Escalate risks/delays to Operations Head and the Founder proactively
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly progress dashboards
B. Client Support & Communication
- Assist in sending reminders, briefs, and update emails to clients
- Help schedule approval calls and gather client feedback
- Be the point of contact for tactical client communications
C. Founder Support
- Maintain and prioritize Founder’s task/action items
- Act as a filter: bring only escalations or decision needs to Founder
- Help draft internal comms, update decks, or progress reports
D. Ops Hygiene & Systems Support
- Ensure all ClickUp boards (PMS) and task statuses are updated daily
- Help create and maintain SOPs, templates, and client briefs
- Track deadlines, loop in the right people, and close task loops
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
