Founder Content Associate

Your Role

You’ll work directly with the Founder to:

• Convert founder insights, weekly wins, and stories into clear, impactful LinkedIn posts.
• Create a content rhythm that builds trust, credibility, and awareness.
• Repurpose existing stories, videos, and internal learnings into social content.
• Research industry trends, analyze data points, and turn them into simple visual stories.
• Maintain posting calendar, brand tone, and content library.

• Prior experience in content creation or writing for founders/startups is a plus.

Qualifications

• Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Proofreading skills
• Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
• Editing and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital Marketing and Content Marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
