Role Overview: As a faculty at our company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, fun-filled, and interesting classes in hybrid mode (offline/online). Your role will also involve creating and delivering self-learning materials in various formats such as concept notes, assessments, tests, and practice questions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovation and creativity to make learning and teaching simple and effective. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality and engaging classes in hybrid mode (offline/online) - Develop and provide self-learning materials including concept notes, assessments, tests, and practice questions - Bring innovation and creativity to the teaching approach - Collaborate with team members to deliver fun-filled hybrid classes - Explain complex concepts in simple ways - Have 2-3 years of offline teaching experience in Class 7 to 10 (CBSE/GSEB/ICSE) including scholastic exams like NTSE/Olympiads Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineering/Medical/Relevant degree with strong subject knowledge - Pedagogy expert in either Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner - 2-3 years of offline teaching experience in Class 7 to 10 (CBSE/GSEB/ICSE) including scholastic exams like NTSE/Olympiads Additional Company Details: The company focuses on providing a student-centric learning environment and values collaboration, humility, and motivation in its faculty members.
