Academic Counselor & Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for academic counselling and coordination at Infinity Scholar's Hub. Your role will involve counselling students and parents, fixing appointments, conducting demo sessions, handling inquiries, and maintaining lead data. Additionally, you will schedule classes and coordinate academic activities with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents for their learning needs through structured counselling sessions. - Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions with faculty. - Handle walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries and maintain leads generated from various platforms. Ensure follow-up calls are done. - Streamline lead data, update records, and maintain reports in CRM. - Schedule classes for various batches. - Coordinate various academic activities with all stakeholders (parents, students, faculty, and management) regarding batch management, PTM, tests, results, etc. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Marketing is essential for this role.
