🚀 Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE)

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers.

You’ll work directly with real users to understand their problems, then design and ship custom, high-impact solutions using the company’s core platform. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong ownership, fast feedback loops, and real customer impact.

🧩 What You’ll Do

🤝 Customer-Facing Engineering

Work closely with customers to understand technical and business requirements

Translate customer problems into scalable engineering solutions

Deploy and customize product features for real-world use cases

Act as the technical bridge between customers and core product teams

🛠️ Full-Stack Execution

Build and modify features across frontend, backend, and APIs

Integrate customer systems, data pipelines, and workflows

Debug production issues in live customer environments

Deliver fast, reliable solutions without compromising code quality

Feed customer insights back into core product roadmap

Identify patterns across deployments and help build reusable solutions

Improve product usability, reliability, and performance based on real usage

Influence how the platform evolves for enterprise and scale use cases

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

Have 3+ years of software engineering experience

Are comfortable working across frontend and backend systems

Have strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and system design

Enjoy customer interaction and problem-solving

Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code

Thrive in startup environments with high ownership and accountability
