Job DescriptionJob Title:L3 Network/Telephony Engineer – FortiVoice IP-PBX InstallationLocation:
229 N. 62nd Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301Job Description:The engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and validation of a Fortinet FortiVoice 50G2 IP-PBX system with 7 phones (6 desktop IP phones and 1 wireless base station) for 10 users. The role also includes conducting pre-installation checks, ensuring network readiness, providing basic user/admin training, and handing over documentation upon completion.Required Skills:- Proven experience with IP-PBX systems (preferably Fortinet FortiVoice solutions).- Minimum L3-level expertise in networking and VoIP deployments.- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, DHCP, and static IP configuration.- Familiarity with FXO/FXS ports, PSTN integration, and call routing rules.- Ability to configure extensions, voicemail, call forwarding, and auto-attendant.- Excellent troubleshooting and validation skills (internal & external calls, voicemail, wireless phone registration).- Strong communication skills to conduct end-user and admin training.Experience:- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IP telephony and PBX system installations.- Prior experience with Fortinet systems preferred.- Demonstrated success in onsite deployments and end-user training.
