Formulation Support Executive

Eligibility:

B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Fresher) or 2–3 years of experience in solid oral dosage manufacturing in a reputed pharmaceutical company

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmaceutical Ingredients & Process Understanding

Must have sound knowledge of pharmaceutical excipients, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and the complete tablet manufacturing process.

Generic Product Manufacturing Insight

Should be well-versed with the technical aspects of generic formulations and common challenges in tablet manufacturing.

Formulation Ingredient Interaction Knowledge

Ability to assess and understand the impact of ingredient combinations on final tablet output and performance.

Independent Technical Support

Capable of working independently with the design and technical teams to provide front-end technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer practical solutions.

Field Travel & Problem Solving

Willingness to travel across India with the technical team to observe on-site formulation challenges and provide actionable insights.

Results-Driven Approach

Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a focus on results; actively participate in identifying and resolving tooling-related formulation challenges.

Tooling & Formulation Interface

Provide observations and suggestions on how formulation challenges impact tooling performance and suggest improvements accordingly.
