Jodas Expoim is a global, specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacture, and marketing of high-quality injectable and oral dosage form products. We are committed to excellence in innovation, quality, and affordability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop generic and innovative formulations in the
Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
segment (tablets, capsules, granules, etc.).
Conduct pre-formulation and formulation trials, including API characterization, excipient compatibility, and stability studies.
Execute lab-scale and exhibit batch manufacturing.
Work on
scale-up and technology transfer
to manufacturing and commercial facilities.
Prepare and review documents like
formulation development reports (FDR), MFRs, BMRs
, and
technology transfer documents
.
Conduct
QbD and DoE-based
formulation development and optimization.
Perform
stability studies
as per ICH guidelines and monitor product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Production.
Support regulatory submissions (ANDA, EU dossiers) with technical data and development reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification
: M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent.
Experience
: 1–5 years in OSD formulation development (preferably in a regulated market-focused company).
Sound knowledge of formulation processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in working with granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation equipment.
Familiarity with ICH guidelines, GMP practices, and regulatory documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
