Forex trader

As a Full-Time Forex / FX Trader at our growing proprietary trading firm in Indore, you will play a crucial role in handling FX pairs, developing strategies, managing risks, executing trades, and monitoring performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing FX trades according to the firm's strategy and risk policy - Monitoring markets for news, fundamental & technical indicators - Developing and back-testing trading strategies - Maintaining proper risk controls such as stop-loss, position sizing, and drawdown limits - Reporting P&L, metrics, and performance regularly - Collaborating with compliance/legal teams if necessary - Possibly automating parts of trading or utilizing tools/software Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience trading forex/FX or related financial instruments - Demonstrable track record showcasing past performance/results - Strong understanding of technical analysis, charts, and indicators - Familiarity with allowed brokers/exchanges in India - Risk management mindset - Good analytical and quantitative skills - Certifications are preferred In terms of compensation, you can expect a fixed salary along with performance bonus/profit sharing and benefits as applicable.
