Work closely with senior leadership to align sales goals with company objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, currency movements, and geopolitical events affecting the forex market. Use this information to advise clients and provide market insights. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of forex sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forex market. Proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, and cold calling. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management. Client Solutions: Understand clients needs and offer tailored forex solutions, including hedging strategies, currency exchange, and risk management.
