Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets and objectives for the forex sales team.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide customized forex solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the forex sales team.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay updated on forex trends and developments.
• Use market insights to guide sales strategies and client engagements.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the forex market.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
