Forescout Network Access Control (NAC)

Role Overview: You are required to be a Forescout Network Access Control (NAC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a profound understanding of network security. Your responsibilities will include managing Forescout NAC solutions, enhancing network security posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various teams to align network access control strategies with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the continuous management of Forescout NAC solutions within the organization's network infrastructure - Implement on-demand features of Forescout NAC solutions - Monitor and optimize network security posture by configuring and adjusting NAC policies - Act as the primary technical authority on Forescout NAC, offering guidance to IT and security teams - Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and address security incidents - Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices - Develop and update comprehensive documentation for NAC configurations, policies, and procedures - Provide training and mentorship to junior security staff to facilitate ongoing learning and enhancement - Work closely with internal stakeholders to synchronize network access control strategies with organizational goals Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred) - 7-10 years of experience in network security, with a strong preference for Forescout NAC experience - Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) - Profound expertise in network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and motivating teams - Experience in managing security projects encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring Additional Company Details: The company values meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving security landscapes, a collaborative approach, proactive risk mitigation, and a strong customer focus dedicated to delivering high-quality security solutions.
