Job Title: Forescout NAC - SME
Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Position Type: Contract (6 months to 1 year)
Location: Pune, India
Salary: INR 15–22 LPA

Job Description:
We are looking for a Forescout Network Access Control (NAC) SME with deep expertise in network security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Forescout NAC solutions, leading security teams, and implementing robust network access controls in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ongoing management of Forescout NAC solutions across the organization’s network infrastructure
• Manage on-demand feature implementation of Forescout NAC solutions
• Continuously monitor and improve network security posture by configuring and tuning NAC policies
• Serve as the primary technical expert on Forescout NAC, providing guidance to IT and security teams
• Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and mitigate security incidents
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for NAC configurations, policies, and procedures
• Train and mentor junior security staff to foster continuous learning and improvement
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align network access control strategies with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years of experience in network security; experience with Forescout NAC highly desirable
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) preferred
• Strong expertise in network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience managing security projects including planning, execution, and monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
