Food Technologist

We are looking for a Food Technologist or R&D Specialist with demonstrable experience in Snack Coating, Confectionery, or Nutraceutical Formulation. This is a part-time on-site role for a Food Technologist located in Mumbai. As a Food Technologist, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting sensory evaluations, applying food technology principles, performing laboratory work, ensuring quality control, and participating in research and development (R&D) activities. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of food safety and quality, as well as contribute to the development of new food products and processes.

Qualifications

• Sensory Evaluation and Food Technology skills
• Laboratory Skills and Quality Control experience
• Research and Development (R&D) abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
