We are looking for a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and quality control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new food products and recipes using food technology principles.
Conduct quality control tests on food products to ensure they meet industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop menus and food presentations.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve menu offerings.
Maintain accurate records of food inventory, sales, and waste management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and laws.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Food Technologist in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with food production equipment and software applications.
