Food Safety Data Intelligence & Governance Specialist

As a Project Manager at Mondelz International, your primary responsibility is to ensure successful completion of projects within set timelines and budget constraints. This involves overseeing project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing, operational readiness, and ensuring projects are ready to go live. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the data governance of the Food Safety Data Intelligence solution as per the roadmap. - Ensure data quality meets Mdlz standards. - Possess a good understanding of data analytics and modeling. - Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools. - Support implementation leads in rolling out the solution when required. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them to the project team as needed. - Confirm implementation completion in plants, ensuring consistency of execution and readiness to go live. - Provide hyper-care and ongoing support to ensure full usage of the solution. - Provide status updates through status reports and review meetings. Qualifications Required: - Proven learning agility. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive effective discussions with project resources and multi-functional teams. - Strong project planning skills with proactiveness in identifying risks, mitigations, and managing strict timelines. - Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes and related technology solutions. - Stakeholder management skills with the ability to positively influence decision-making. - Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners. - Strong conceptual and analytic skills with a passion for problem-solving. - Fluency in English, with Spanish being an advantage.
