Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Runner to join our team at Bulls and Bears Bistro. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food items according to customer specifications.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering food promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items during transportation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality is essential.
