Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Production Faculty at Pratham Education Foundation, located in Shadnagar. The Food Production Faculty will deliver high-quality training sessions in food production, conduct demonstrations, develop course content, and evaluate student performance. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, collaborating on curriculum development, and supporting skill-development initiatives in food production.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in food production techniques, cooking methods, and culinary practices
  • Experience in creating and implementing curriculum, lesson plans, and training resources
  • Ability to evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills to engage and inspire students effectively
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to collaborative initiatives and projects
  • Proficiency in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in a food production environment
  • Relevant educational background and certifications in food production, culinary arts, or a related field
  • Prior teaching or training experience in food production is preferred but not mandatory
