Food & Beverage Training specialist

As a Trainer, Coach, and Mentor at our company, your primary responsibility will be to train, mentor, and coach students in FnB Service skills, Language skills, and Life Skills. You will also serve as an academic lead overseeing the faculty to ensure compliance with SAATHIYA processes. Your key accountabilities and duties will include: - Reviewing and continuously enhancing the FnB Service Curriculum - Preparing a delivery plan for the curriculum and hourly schedule for each week of the program - Training and guiding students in FnB Service Skills, both theory and practical aspects - Teaching students Communication Skills within the context of FnB Service - Conducting periodic and summative assessments - Preparing students for Employment Essentials - Following up with students and employers regarding job performance - Managing SAATHIYA Digital Network and guiding students for career progression - Assisting in student mobilization and Week Zero Activities - Providing On-The-Job Training Assignments and facilitating Job Placements - Establishing relationships with Hotels - Providing guidance and mentorship to faculty - Ensuring SAATHIYA process compliance by all staff - Regularly updating SAATHIYA leadership Additionally, as the Housekeeping Trainer, Coach, and Mentor, you will focus on: - HK Service Theory and Practical Knowledge - Soft Skills relevant to the Hospitality Industry - Food & Beverage Service Skills - Communication Skills - English and Hindi Language skills (Mandatory) - Punjabi (Optional but preferred) **Qualifications Required:** - Professional experience of 10-12 years in the F&B Department of a Hotel with 2 years of teaching experience **Location:** Punjab **Work Type:** Full-time, On-site **Contact Email:** hr@saathiya.academy **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Day shift **Experience:** Total work experience of 10 years (Preferred) **Work Location:** In person Feel free to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our students in the hospitality industry.,
