Procurement & Vendor Management · Oversee Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), vendor payments , and negotiations. · Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain inventory control. · Manage vendor contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) , and service agreements. 5. Banking & Financial Transactions · Handle bank statements, fund transfers, reconciliations , and financial documentation. · Ensure timely payment of electricity bills, property taxes, and estate-related dues . 6. Land & Estate Records Management · Maintain land records, lease agreements, and ownership documentation . · Ensure timely renewal of legal documents and property-related payments. 7. HR & Administrative Management · Work closely with HR for recruitment, employee welfare, and compliance . · Ensure smooth administrative operations, including estate logistics and workforce planning. · Handle employee grievances and coordinate training programs. 8. Reporting & Coordination · Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts . · Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and financial institutions for compliance matters. · Coordinate with estate teams to ensure effective financial and administrative management.
