Electrician- MG road Bangalore

Purpose of the job In this position, you will play a key role by performing various tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities at all the offices, including troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts, ensure 100% uptime of all the offices. Timely renewal of AMC’s and carry out all the PPM activities. Essential Functions: - Responsible for electrical daily weekly and monthly checklist - Track Electricity consumption - Responsible for all preventive maintenance as per tasks assigned - Track diesel consumption - Responsible for all maintenance related compliance jobs as per tasks assigned - Responsible for running all offices – 100% uptime - Attend to all maintenance issues which are raised with minimum tat - Responsible for handling L1 escalations for all offices and L2 escalations for all Stores warehouses - Manage all AMC tasks - Weekly visit to all locations (offices) Skills & Experience: · Diploma in EEE / B.tech / B.E any equivalent qualification with 5 years of experience. · Ability to respond to emergency outages · Able to work well on a team · Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement, cost savings, productivity/efficiency improvements and safety improvements.
