Mobilizer and Center admin

Purpose of the job

At SAATHIYA, The Hospitality Skilling Academy, we are looking to hire a profile who can play dual role of Mobilizer and Centre Admin. He will be responsible for counselling & mobilizing the students who are interested to take up the career in Hotel Industry. Also, he will be taking care of administrative operations including the well-being of students who stay in hostel.

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

• Building New Partnerships (NGO, Colleges, Institutions, Govt Bodies etc) & mapping potential regions and communities suitable for mobilization in the identified locations
• Responsible for sourcing the candidates as per SAATHIYA criteria.
• He will be specifically responsible for counselling & mobilizing the trainees in the areas assigned by Operations Head and coordinate the Programs as instructed.
• He shall generate awareness about the training program, involving community and family during mobilization to ensure quality enrolment.
• Ensure the proper document collection for the candidates sourced
• Ensure the Sourcing life cycle starting from sourcing coordination to interview level to selection level announcement to joining level to document submission level.
• Support Skilling Cen.ters administrative Operations including faculty support and warden role
