Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Food & Beverage Services, located in Chennai. The individual will oversee daily food preparation and service delivery, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. They will communicate with customers to address their needs, maintain food and beverage quality, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Collaboration with team members and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to the role.

Qualifications

• Freshers:

  Diploma or Degree in

  Hotel Management

  or any other relevant field.

• Experienced:

  Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Food & Beverage service or a related role.
• Proficiency in food service operations and F&B management principles.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of culinary skills and the ability to implement standard food preparation and serving procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in

  Tamil & English
