Food & Beverage Service Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Service Trainer to train physically disabled youths (aged 18-30 years) in hospitality skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food and beverage service and be committed to empowering and developing the skills of our trainees for employment in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on food and beverage service, including table setting, serving techniques, customer service, and hygiene standards. Develop training modules and hands-on practice sessions tailored to the needs of trainees with physical disabilities. Provide practical demonstrations and guide trainees in real-time service scenarios. Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement. Ensure that training aligns with industry standards and best practices. Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborate with other trainers and support staff to enhance training effectiveness. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Service. Freshers are welcome to apply; however, candidates with prior training or industry experience will be given preference. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and skill development. Ability to work with physically disabled individuals and adapt training methods accordingly.
