Food & Beverage Service Associate (Waiter / Waitress)

Job Summary:
As a Café Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring the café is clean and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Accurately process payments and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Restock supplies and collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, handling up to 10 guests per table.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or bar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
