Food & Beverage Manager (Indonesian Nationality Only)

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations within the property, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing the restaurant(s), bar, room service, banquets/events, and any other F&B outlets, while maintaining quality standards, staff performance, and cost control. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage department, preferably in a luxury. Experience in managing multiple outlets (restaurant, bar, banquet, in-room dining, etc.). Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. Strong attention to detail and service excellence. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (e.g., HACCP). Experience using hospitality software systems (e.g., MICROS, Opera, or similar) is a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Show more Show less
