Job Title: Food & Beverages Manager Location: Premium Resort near Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) About Us: Our resort near Annavaram offers a serene and luxurious getaway experience for tourists and pilgrims alike. We are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverages Manager to lead our F&B operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department (restaurant, room service, events, etc.) Plan menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and ensure quality control Ensure exceptional customer service and address guest complaints efficiently Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships Train, manage, and schedule F&B staff to maintain high service standards Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel norms Manage budgets, reduce wastage, and optimize food costs Coordinate with other departments for smooth guest service Requirements: 6 to 10 years of experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry (F&B operations) Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality etiquette Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English (Hindi is a plus) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Competitive salary (₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month) Food & Accommodation (for bachelors) Opportunity to work in a reputed and growing hospitality brand How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume at hr@elixirmetform.com For more details, contact: 9000680150 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
