Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Crestmont Ashapurna Hotels, Jaipur
Position: F&B Manager – 1 Opening
Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 Years in Hotel F&B Operations

We’re looking for a highly motivated and service-driven F&B Manager to lead our food and beverage operations and deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations (restaurant, banquets, room service)
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with chefs and service teams for smooth workflow
• Plan and implement menus, promotions, and cost controls
• Lead, train, and supervise the F&B staff

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel or resort F&B management
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety, service standards, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple outlets
