• Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.
• Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Menu Planning and Development:Collaborating with chefs to create and update menus, considering guest preferences, cost, and profitability.
• Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, controlling inventory costs, and managing supply chain relationships.
• Financial Management:Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability of F&B operations.
• Customer Service:Handling guest complaints, feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
• Sales and Marketing:Developing strategies to increase sales, promoting F&B offerings, and managing promotions.
