Food & Beverage Executive

As a member of the pre-opening team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your passion for excellence and commitment to delivering luxury service will contribute to an unforgettable guest experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge, and ensuring accurate order-taking for efficient service by the cashier and kitchen ambassadors. You will supervise the team to deliver quality service, serve food and beverages, and assist with the setup of the restaurant/banquet area. Participating in daily briefings and monthly meetings, you will promote restaurant specialties, maintain cleanliness in work areas, and assist guests as needed. Your role will also involve handling guest feedback, maintaining hygienic food service techniques, and coaching the team to meet Fairmont Brand standards. To excel in this role, you should project a professional image, understand luxury guest expectations, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A willingness to work weekends and public holidays, along with a Food Hygiene certificate, is required. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and experience in customer service, especially in a luxury environment, will be beneficial.
