In the role of Server/Waiter/Waitress at Radisson Hotel Group, you will be an integral part of the Food & Beverage Service Team. Your role will involve supporting the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered at the highest levels. - Working as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest inquiries. - Taking responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner. - Contributing to the achievement of departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets. - Collaborating with colleagues to control costs and inventory, achieve productivity and performance levels, and promote company culture and values. - Ensuring compliance with all legislation, planning and documenting due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audits. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential. - A hands-on approach with a can-do work style. - A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry. - The ability to find creative solutions, take ownership of tasks, and maintain personal integrity. - Experience working with IT systems on various platforms. - Strong communication skills.
