Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Quilon. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards, managing food service, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills for managing and leading a team effectively
• Experience with Service Standards and maintaining high-quality service
• Proficiency in Food Service operations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field is preferred
