Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maximizing profitability. The role involves managing staff, maintaining standards, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and new menu launches.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs and waste.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Train, schedule, and support F&B staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Work with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Support budget planning and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; POS software knowledge is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
