Food and Beverage Server

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and cat-loving Server to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, well-served, and at home-alongside our furry residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our menu and cat café experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Educate guests on cat café rules to ensure a safe environment for both cats and customers.
• Assist with basic cat care, including monitoring interactions and helping with feeding/cleanliness as needed.
• Work collaboratively with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (hospitality students welcome).
• Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality.
• Love for animals—especially cats—and comfort working around them.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
