Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ranchi for a Food and Beverage Server. The role involves taking and serving food and beverage orders to customers, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling special requests, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service. Adherence to health and safety regulations is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

10th above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Proficiency in food service operations, including serving techniques and food presentation
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address customer concerns
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings to provide recommendations and fulfill customer preferences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure
Experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus
