The NVIDIA Real Estate and Site Services team is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic and exciting team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food vendor, maintaining quality standards, and elevating the overall dining experience for our employees. Reporting directly to the Senior Global Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the culinary experience at NVIDIA. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, customer service, and collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include partnering with our global culinary team and local site managers to strategically train, develop, innovate, and enhance the guest experience within our food program. You will work in a large campus environment, collaborating with subcontractors and business partners to align with our company's philosophy and core values. Additionally, you will focus on creating a positive employee experience by ensuring food quality, menu variety, and exceptional customer service. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be accountable for driving excellence in all aspects of cafeteria operations, identifying innovative solutions, and fostering a team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with food and beverage suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high food safety standards, and oversee menu quality and service standards. Furthermore, you will review and analyze P/L statements to optimize costs, subsidies, catering expenses, and overall food operations performance. Qualifications for this role include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a hotel/restaurant or similar food service environment, along with 5+ years of food service management experience, focusing on vendor management and customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Knowledge of food safety regulations, industry standards, budgeting, and financial analysis is also required.
