About Us

We are a fast-growing startup in the student housing and hostel sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and scaling up to 4,000 beds by December 2025. Providing residents with quality food and smooth dining operations is one of our top priorities, and we are looking for an F&B Lead to manage day-to-day dining services.

Role Overview

The F&B Lead will oversee hostel kitchen and dining operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service. This role involves coordinating with chefs, vendors, and operations staff while maintaining cost efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food production and dining services in the hostel.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed in kitchens and dining areas.
  • Coordinate with chefs/cooks to plan menus as per resident requirements.
  • Monitor food consumption, control wastage, and manage portion sizes.
  • Manage stock of raw materials and place purchase requests with vendors.
  • Handle resident feedback and resolve issues related to food and dining.
  • Train and guide F&B staff on service standards and hygiene practices.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in hostels, PGs, hotels, or cafeterias.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene standards, and staff management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors and control food costs.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts/weekends based on hostel operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
