Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle is looking for Food and Beverage Executive to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse customer needs and dietary requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
