Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate at our resort in Chavakkad. The Food and Beverage Associate will be responsible for providing excellent food service and customer care, assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests. Daily tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Service, and Food & Beverage handling
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Basic Culinary Skills are beneficial
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
