Join a dynamic team where hospitality meets excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent food and beverage (F&B) service to guests. Support kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Follow standard operating procedures for food handling and service. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th pass. Age: 18–30 years. Experience: Basic knowledge of food & beverage service preferred. Gender: Open to all genders. Work Schedule12-hour rotational shifts. Weekly off on any day between Monday and Thursday. Compensation & BenefitsStipend: ₹6,000 per month during 6-month On-the-Job Training (OJT). Salary after OJT: Up to ₹16,000 per month. Benefits: PF & ESI coverage Free food (three meals daily, plus morning and evening tea) Free accommodation and cab facilities 30 days annual leave, plus 6 casual and 6 sick leaves per year Medical & life insurance Training & Placement: Selected candidates will attend an induction session at the company’s training centre. Travel, food, and accommodation during induction will be fully arranged by Barbeque Nation. Post-induction, candidates will be placed across India as per organizational needs.
