Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator (SMO) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Sewing Machine Operators (SMO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and products, while ensuring efficiency, precision, and attention to detail. Both freshers and experienced operators are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Decide on appropriate sewing techniques before starting work. Select suitable threads and load them onto the spool pin. Attach buttons, zippers, clasps, laces, and other fittings as required. Operate foot pedals and adjust stitch length and width to meet product requirements. Replace sewing machine needles as necessary. Detect and repair minor faults during operation. Schedule maintenance and repairs for sewing machines and accessories. Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and product quality while meeting production targets. Requirements: Both educated and uneducated candidates are welcome. Prior experience as a Sewing Machine Operator is an advantage (experienced candidates will receive higher pay). Other Conditions: ­     Accommodation is Provided at Free of Cost ­     ESI/PF will be deducted from the First Month. ­     Yearly Increment will be Made as Per the Performance (For Tailors Alone based on performance Salary Grade will be Revised)  Bonus will be Paid Once in a Year during Diwali Only.
